Cheddar curd is an unripened cheese curd and represents a preliminary product in cheddar production. With 50% FDM, it offers a defined starting profile for recipes where structure, melt, or flavor development need to be specifically controlled.
The curd is used in industry when further processing or ripening takes place within the customer’s own process. The 20 kg container is designed for continuous production workflows.
