Grana Padano D.O.P. is a traditional Italian hard cheese, produced according to strict guidelines and aged for many months. After approximately 12 months of maturation, it develops its characteristic mild-spicy aroma with nutty notes, along with its firm, grainy, and easily grated texture.
The cheese is available in various formats and packaging sizes – from whole wheels or portions for professional cutting at the cheese counter, to ready-to-use varieties for the catering industry, wholesale, and specialty food retailers.
In addition to classic whole wheel or portion formats, grated varieties, flakes, or shaved Grana Padano are also available. These are ideal for refining pasta, salads, pizza, and warm dishes, and enable efficient processing in kitchens and gastronomy.
Different packaging sizes, cut forms, and maturation periods are available upon request, depending on your needs.
