Cagliata is a cheese precursor for industrial further processing, characterized by consistent quality, stable functionality, and flexible application possibilities in different production processes. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring constant product properties and precise control of the fat balance in the final formulation.

Cagliata is available in two container sizes (e.g., 10 kg and 15 kg), enabling both more flexible production runs and efficient processing for continuous requirements.

In addition, various fat levels (40%, 45%, 48% fat in dry matter) are available, allowing the product to be optimally adapted to different formulations and technical requirements.
