Lactose-free Cagliata

Lactose-free Cagliata is a specially developed intermediate product for the production of lactose-free cheese products. It offers stable functional properties, consistent quality, and reliable processing in industrial production processes.

Cagliata is available in various fat levels, for example 40% or 45% fat in dry matter, enabling targeted adaptation to different recipes and fat balances in further processing.

To meet different production requirements, the product is also available in two pack sizes (e.g., 10 kg and 15 kg). Smaller packs are particularly suitable for flexible batches and production planning, while larger packs efficiently support continuous processes and higher consumption.
